Floor Sanding - Entire House

Realise everyone is in lockdown at the moment, but we're looking for a price indication on a sand and refinish for our home on the other end. It's a 1960's Bungalow, Clean White Tawa all the way through. The house is 140SQM, and it is everywhere other than the bathroom. It is actually mostly in good enough condition to leave as is in most places, but unfortunately, the kitchen and entry way have had cork/vinyl on it, so it looks a bit shoddy and will need to be redone as a whole. There is about 8sqm of dining room that is currently chipboard, would you be able to replace this? Otherwise we can have it done prior, either is fine. We will remove the kitchen and all the stuff, so it will be an empty house for you.
