McDowell Cres Timber Flooring work

We're after some timber floor restoration / sanding & polyurethane work , --- Would like the you to quote for the following in 2 stages 1. Sanding /polyurethane of 3 x bedrooms & hallway , approx 33 m2 We also have a stairs/landing area of 10 m2 that has been previously polyurethaned , will need to match or possible sand/coat . Available to do immediately 2. Sanding / polyurethane of lounge / kitchen & dining area - approx 56 m2 . This would include replacing approx 7.5 m2 of existing particle board to match existing floor boards (No idea what timber?). To start in approx 10-12 weeks once we have finished some minor kitchen renovations
