Job description

Vinyl Flooring
North Shore

Published: 23 January 2020

I have just bought my first house and it is needing some TLC. I will be ripping up the carpet in the lounge and dining room, as well as the lino in the kitchen and needing someone to install vinyl planks. Looking at buying the planks from Mitre 10, but any suggestions or discounts would be appreciated. I would also appreciate some advice on glue down vs click planks - I have hear glue down is better for high traffic areas as the click planks can pry up. Is that true? I will need someone to advise how many planks/packs of planks I need as well as what is needed underneath the planks. Underneath is bicky board. This job needs to be completed in the week of Auckland Anniversary week (27th - 31st Jan) as I will be taking that week off work and intend to move furniture at the end of that week as well as getting carpet done. Any questions please let me know.
