Urgent Vinyl install

I have a 3440 x 5800mm lounge area that I need new vinyl flooring laid in - I have the vinyl already and the area can be laid with one full piece (no going around corners). I need this done urgently (next week) - was supposed to be done last week until discovered an area of the floorboard needed to be replaced.
