I have abouit 80m2 of floor sanding that is required. There are 3 bedrooms, hallway, dining area and the kitchen. The biggest problem is that the dining area has cork tiles on them which is around 30+ years old and I want to get it off cleanly to sand and vanish. This is my upmost concern. The kitchen has a lino which can be removed easily
