Replace floor under hot water cylinder

We have had a water pipe burst in our hot water cylinder and are having the cylinder replaced on Tuesday 27th Nov 2018, however the floor underneath which is particle board has swollen and needs to be replaced also after the plumber removes the old one and before he puts in the new cylinder.
