Small flooring job

Need a piece of wood to be stuck back on the bottom stair as per the photo (I have an entire wood panel for this). Part of the floor (second photo) between the floorboards is hollow due to a previous leak so needs filling. I also have some carpet work if you are able to complete as an additional job. Thanks
