Kitchen: Hidden leak and water damaged floors.

Kitchen floors are water damaged. Source of leak is believed to be in the waste water pipe leaving the kitchen sink + dishwasher, need diagnosis and repair, then restore the floors. Kitchen cabinets are swollen, but I may have to live with that for a bit due to costs. I have a video showing the damage, but Builder's Crack isn't letting me post it directly.
