We have a 1970's house in Glenfield. There has been an historical water leak from the bath (possible from the use of shower over bath) and the water has damaged the particle board below the toilet floor. There is no leak now and the bathroom has been renovated but the particle board in the toilet is still damaged and needs to be replaced. The affected area is about 2m x 2m. Not sure if we can replace just the damaged bit or the whole toilet floor. I have attached some photos. Easy access under the house. Thanks
