Flooring job - maple (engineered timber)

I have prefinished maple engineered timber flooring in my home. It was laid between --- . I am not happy with the finish because I have had a few accidental floods and I think it needs more protection. I would like this to be sanded and refinished to a glossy finish where gaps between planks are filled up visually it matches flooring that has already been completed in our bathroom and WC. The area is 30sqm in three areas. One in upstairs in the dining / kitchen area, one in the study nook/IT cupboard, the final is downstairs in a spare room / laundry area.
