Laying Karndean tiles

We’ve got a laundry, small bathroom and entrance way that we want someone to lay the Karndean loose lay tiles that we already have. It’s around 17 or 20 square metres. Most of it is on top of cork tiles that are glued to the concrete floor. The bathroom bit has some sort of vinyl laid straight on the concrete I think.
