Hard Floor Replacement Kitchen

There is about 30m2 of floor area to replace vinyl in the kitchen area with a light wood finish can be vinyl or hardwood. looking for someone who can do it cheaply and quickly as the house is being renovated for sale. The current floor is vynal but is in bad condition in places so I would like to replace. Work must be completed between 1nd March and 5th of March at the latest. If you cannot commit to these dates do not apply!
