Kitchen needs a top layer installed over a new floor.

Kitchen and attached laundry (14m2) recently had a new floor put in but it's a rough wooden base and is in need of a "top". I need to have an underlay installed (which I have 20m2 of on hand) and oak snap-lock wooden floor panels to be installed (i also have enough of this to cover the floor). I'm told they could be installed without the assistance of a professional but I haven't the time nor tools to trim them to fit the angles.
