Vinyl or Laminate flooring

I have 2 bedrooms, a bathroom, entranceway and small hall way - approx. 40 square metres that I would like to have either laminate flooring put in or vinyl. There is currently carpet in all areas apart from the bathroom and entrance way where there is vinyl. The carpet and vinyl would need to be taken up and removed as well. I will supply the laminate or vinyl unless you are able to get it at a good price. I'm on a very tight budget which is why I'm flexible on the floor covering however I definitely don't want carpet. - would like this done asap.
