Remove laminate floor, remove/replace skirting boards

I am carpeting an area which has been covered in laminate flooring so need the laminate flooring removed and disposed of, and the skirting boards removed and replaced lower so that there is no gap where the laminate flooring was. Area is lounge and dining only and about 30sqm. I would also like the floor in the bedroom looked at as it seems to be uneven.

Mike was hugely busy when i advertised (always a good sign!) so it took him a few days to get back to me but once he did, his quote was competitive and he was able to start immediately. He was where he said he would be and right on time and the job was done exactly as requested. Would use again.
