Eves Lino Tiny Bathroom

I am looking for a tradesman to put down lino on my bathroom floor. This is a small job but might possibly lead to more work. The bathroom floor is approximately 2 by 2 meters and I would be looking to purchase the lino from you in a neutral colour. The lino will need to be cut to do around the toilet and bath. I am happy to take an approximate price and being sent thru some smaples by email to cut down on travelling time. Or possibly purchase the lino myself...which ever is easiest. This is an 1970s house and the lino is very very old and needs replacing.
