New flooring in kitchen and bathroom

We need laminate or vinyl "wood" flooring for kitchen approx 3.5x4m and bathroom approx 2x2m. We want as cheap flooring as possible but with a wood look/finish as it is just a small rental. The floors currently are already to go with the laminate as the previous vinyl has been ripped up. We want to have a look at different types of flooring and get quotes etc for the laminate and installation as the bathroom flooring will need to be waterproof aswell.

The job was meant to take three days but ended up taking close to two weeks. Very unreliable with stock and we weren't happy with the finishings, they were rushed and not to a good standard, but the job was a good price.
