I need Vinyl laid in a hallway that has been converted to a laundry. Just a small patch up job around 1.2m x 2.0m. The concrete floor may require leveling as it had carpet on top previously but otherwise its very straight forward.

Avoid Clayton and Cutting Edge Painters at all costs. He agreed to paint my house for a price he suggested (then complained at the price) and it's now 5 weeks on the house still hasn't received a full first coat, there's paint and plaster everywhere from the couple of days he did work and he's nowhere to be seen. He blew the deposit i paid him on everything but materials for the job, he kept coming back for money using his personal family issues as justification. I'm now out $4,000. Avoid him!
