Sand & seal small Rimu floor and staircase

Existing wooden flooring in entranceway & stairway requires sanding and re-sealing with polyurethane. Job includes Rimu flooring in entrance and upstairs landing (approx 7m.sq in total), and two flights of (pine?) stairs (8 steps per flight, 16 stairs in total). All woodwork on stairs to be sealed (includes handrails).
