Tawa floor in basement bedroom

I would like a Tawa overlay on a concrete floor in a basement bedroom to match the upstairs of the house which is all tawa. I have managed to source some Tawa and would like someone to lay it. The concrete will need some kind of leveling work and waterproofing layer.
