We have an open space living/kitchen/dining with recycled Rimu Floors, which we like to get sanded and sealed. The dimensions are 3.4x4.3m; 2.55x5m, 165.285m ie 32sqm plus the fridge, dishwasher area. so lets cal it 35sqm. I assume you are able to quote based on this, else I can add photos. I would like a price incl. the polyurethane coating. Not sure yet if we go with Satin, Gloss or Low Sheen.
