Floor Sanding

We need our lounge room (32.31m2) , kitchen/dining (22.19m2), hallway (4.94m2) and one bedroom (12.44m2) sanded and polyurethaned whilst on holiday in the school holidays please. Filling is also required. Presently they are stained quite a dark colour. They are a mixture of kauri and rimu. The total area is 72m2. Please provide two quotes one for all of it and one without the bedroom ie for 60m2. Thank you
