Replacement of chipboard flooring and aluminium door

The chipboard flooring in the toilet, laundry and passageway is water damaged and needs to be replaced. At the same time the aluminum door in the passageway needs to be replaced (the frame has been water-damaged too so will likely need replacing). I am currently sourcing a supplier for the door but will consider other options. The the door needs to be new and with insulated glass and a deadbolt. The carpet in the house is already scheduled to be replaced so the old carpet does not need to be saved and put back. I also do not need the vinyl tiles replaced as this is going to be a separate project. The house is on stilts so there is fairly easy access to the work site from below. I request a site visit and quote before a go ahead with any work.
