Wooden Floor

1. We are looking to have 46sq/m of hardwood timber flooring laid to match the exiting Tawa. American oak has been recommended as a suitable match. There will be a particle board sub floor. 2. The rest of the house needs to be sanded and needs coats of waterborne polyurethane too. 70 sq/m in total for the existing part of the house. At the moment we have carpet on top of the wooden floor which we have decided to remove.
