Polished wooden floor fix up

We have a polished wooden floor, however it is worn in places. I am after a quote for tidying it up, i.e. possibly sanding and re-polishing. There are also gaps between the floor and the skirting boards where the floor is unpolished. I'm wondering if this can be tidied up too. We are planning on renovating our kitchen soon and it would be a good opportunity to fix the floor at the same time. Thanks! -Tim
