New kitchen floor. 2

The kitchen tiles are cracked and need removing. Want to replace with vinyl as the house moves so do not want a repeat of tiles cracking. Additionally the flooring underneath may need some work as there was a long term leak which may have caused damage. Also replacement of a skirting board left unfinished by a previous tradesman across back of kitchen bench. Area about 12m squared.
