We have a small hall which is carpeted. We would like the carpet removed and the floorboards sanded and polished . Our house is a 1920s Californian bungalow. I also needed a flooring tradesman who can lay vinyl in our bathroom. If one tradesman can do both it would be handy.

Linda was very efficient and prompt in lining up tradedman to replace the vinyl on our bathroom floor. The men literally stopped another job to come and lay the floor knowing that we had a deadline - our first open home on the weekend. They did a beautiful professional job.
