Re-lay lino in toilet

Relay lino flooring in a toilet in a residential property, dimensions approx. 180x70cm. The previous lino has been lifted to reveal the (sealed) particle-board floor, it's just a case of laying down the new stuff, possibly with a bit of sanding/cleaning up the floor if required.
