Excellent job and well priced. The job involved replacing water damaged floor boards in our rental property so I appreciated having the job started in the following week from contact (most builders I contacted couldnt start for at least 3 weeks) and completed by the end of that week. I would be happy to use Grahams services again in the future and would recommend to anyone
