Floor sanding & polishing

We are moving into a house with old carpet and vinyl tiles (kitchen) over rimu floorboards. We would like the existing floor coverings removed, and the timber floors sanded and polished in the living, dining & kitchen area, plus two small hallways. I would estimate the floor area to be polished to be approx 50 - 60 sqm. We take ownership of the house this Friday (16th) and would like the work done soon after, so it can be done ideally prior to moving in.
