The floor has collapsed in multiple places in the kitchen area of the house due to pipe leak in 2023. The leak has been addressed. But the collapsed flooring still needs to be addressed. The particle board flooring needs to be replaced with 19 or 21 mm Marine Plywood for the WHOLE kitchen including under the kitchen cabinets, fridges etc. All exterior for any flooring will be framed out to support all edges, replace all cabinets after installation of new flooring and reinstate plumbing and electrical hard wiring to stove. LABOUR & MATERIALS: Job will require plumbing and electrical disconnection and reinstatement. Job will require if any rotten joists that need strengthening or replacement Job will require new tile floor coverings If any strengthening or replacement to exposed walls (please provide estimate) Note: Please provide breakdown of quote including: cost of contractors - hour of labour, cost and breakdown of materials, call out fee, etc... *Photo's provided There is also a second job. This is to replace leaning porch deck and steps, include new handrails. Old decking has sunk over time and all are slippery and dangerous, needs replacing with new structure and handrails.
