Hi. We had carpet removed at the commercial property we are renting and we are urgently seeking someone to grin/sand the floor down so we can hand the shop back to the landlord. Hardwax Oil Matai Timber Kitchen Floor

Looking for someone to apply hardwax oil to matai kitchen floor. The floor has been grinded during asbestos removal, have certificate. Measurement is 19 square metres. Other floor people I've asked try to only push polyurethane but I don't want anything toxic or high gloss. I would do it myself but I am not able bodied enough to do it.

Bathroom Flooring replacement or refinishing

Flooring needs to be either replaced with new bathroom suitable plywood or refinished to remove all adhesive from previous tiles. The walls sit on the current flooring so if replacing it has to be as close to the old flooring cut as possible. Any further prep work that can be completed for tiled shower and bathroom would be good. All drainage to remain in same place. Bathroom floor size is 2.1x1.9.
