Kitchen floor board repair

The wooden floor boards are curling at their edges - we had a leak from the dishwasher over a year ago, and have just had a cold water leak in the Cylinder cupboard, the carpet has had to be dried and we've just discovered that the floor boards near the carpet are curling at their edges and the grout coming out.
