Bathroom flooring

Water has gone through the back wall of shower and over time it has leaked to the wooden flooring around shower door which has made it rotten and loose.Need to repair floor and also the shower wall.Previous builder who worked on this did a half arsed job hence the damage Best quote needed first before job is awarded.
