After awarding the job, we set up an initial onsite visit for a quote however this business did not show up or make comms. Plans were made for a weekday visit however they pulled out and rescheduled which they finally showed up. After countless phone calls that have gone unanswered, text messages left on read, and follow-up emails placing a band-aid on the situation, I still have not received a quote that the contractor agreed to provide me after the visit. Wed appreciate being honest and upfrnt
