Hi there, We are a renovation company. Currently, we have multiple houses that we are renovating and our usual floor sander is working on our other sites. We are looking for a floor sander to work on the kitchen and the family room. It's engineered flooring, they are in relatively good condition but require sanding to remove scratches and wear. We are seeking a reliable floor sander who can provide high-quality workmanship, though the price is important to us We need to make a decision ASAP bec we are scheduling other tradees, so hope to get a quote soon, but the work might be 5 weeks from now.
