Redo kitchen/living room floor. Natural wood

Our kitchen/living room floor needs some TLC. Our natural wood floor is currently stained with a white. Holes, cracks, grooves and scratches need filling, sanding. We would like a slightly warmer colour finish this time. Room is approx 6m square.

Craig did a wonderful job on our original 1950s floor. It was in poor condition but he filled the holes, cracks, replaced floorboards and finished with a whitewash. Great transformation.
