Cracked Kitchen Tiles - Wanting to Replace with Laminate Flooring

Our house is on piles and our large kitchen tiles have cracked. We are wanting to replace with LAMINATE FLOORING and hoping this will amend the issue. (Note flooring will go around current cabinetry as we are not wanting to replace the kitchen itself, just the visible floor area). We would also like to remove the wall adjoining to the bench (incasing fridge in photo). We have already removed the cabinet and left wall ourselves. It is just the right side that needs to be removed. Kitchen is approximately 4.2 metres x 2.1 metres. Carpeted lounge is open plan and adjacent to kitchen. Ideally wanting job completed in May.
