Floors sanded

We are based in Mangere Bridge, Auckland and are looking to get our floors sanded post-renovation. I have estimated the floor area to be about 60 sqm. We want to get the floors sanded and then are going to use natural oils to finish them, which recommend sanding to --- grit paper. We will do the oiling ourselves, so we would just need the sanding done. The matai floors were covered in cork tiles, which we have painstakingly scraped and planed off. There is still some residue along the sides in the hallway. We have had the cork and glue tested for asbestos and it is negative, thank goodness. Had a builders cut and clean at an earlier stage so some of the floor is in better condition. Quite a rustic floor but we quite like the character so don't mind it looking lived in.
