New polished floor

I have a lounge approximately 20.5sqm, small area in hallway about 6sqm, another small hallway 5.5sqm and kitchen of approx. 15sqm. Sorry i am not sure of type of wood but it is a brick house with wooden floors built in 1971. I would like the wooden floors to be sanded and apply polyurethaned. thank you
