Bathroom finishing

We have had rotten rimu flooring replaced in the batrhroom, but unfortunately the replacement recycled rimu is of different thickness than the rest. We would like the whole bathroom sanded and polyurethaned. Not sure if the adjoining hallway needs to be done too. I have attached a photo, but it only shows a small part o the batrhroom unfortunately.
