Flooring repairs

I'm not sure in laminate is correct I would of thought lino but that didn't seem to be an option. It's a sheet not planks if that makes sense. There's a few cuts in the flooring and the land Lord is not pleased. Is it possible to repair these damages without replacing the entire floor? Seems like you should be able to cut around the panels and replace them?
