Unstable floor repairs in laundry

The floor in the laundry/kitchen has started to move in one area by the back door when putting weight on it. Hopefully the photo provided demonstrates this. Suspected water damage from previous owners. Supporting beams have been installed to further support the floor but replacement of the flooring is required. There is a crawlspace under the house to provide access.

Extremely happy with the work done. The repairs have been done to a high standard and the finished look is clean and tidy. I will certainly be contacting Loren for any future work.
