Job entails installation of oak veneered floorboards purchased from Floorco to open plan living and dining room, measured area 68.5sq.m. Installation onto existing concrete floor slab constructed new 18 years ago and in excellent condition. Installation method by gluing in accordance with manufacturers instructions and will include light surface grind to remove latence and imperfections and application of moisture barrier.
