Installation of engineered hardwood floor supplied by owner

Job entails installation of oak veneered floorboards purchased from Floorco to open plan living and dining room, measured area 68.5sq.m. Installation onto existing concrete floor slab constructed new 18 years ago and in excellent condition. Installation method by gluing in accordance with manufacturers instructions and will include light surface grind to remove latence and imperfections and application of moisture barrier.

Sanding and finishing hardwood floors

Laying of approx 23sqmt of black and white square vinyl in our kitchen and bathroom. This is a bach and was built approx 1960. I have stripped back all the tiles and what appears to be 4 or 5 mm mdf that was laid down for the tiles to sit on. It is now stripped back to pine tongue and groove. There are a few areas that i will have to patch and replace due to a borer infestation. I understand it will need a 4 or 5 mm ply sheet base laid first.

Laying of 100m2 engineered oak flooring

New build, good flat concrete slab. Grinding and sealing needed before laying, skirting not yet installed. Job needs to be completed late November and in good time as to not slow up other trades needing to come onsite. floor is already on site, preferred if you can supply sealer and adhesive but I can source if needed.
