Studio is open plan, just under 50 square meters, new floor - going to be used as a shop from our home based business in Little River. Need quotes on supply and install asap. May also have other work for in kitchen and other bits and bobs like second hand carpet for 3 x bed rooms and to polish floors in lounge etc... But studio job is most urgent.
