Renovating a downstairs basement/garage area, have built a subfloor over the existing concrete, We have about 39-40m2 more or less area that needs vinyl to be installed. We have the vinyl Sheet planks products on site including wastage, just need floor to be prepped and sheets glued down, Floor has remained dry since install so no swelling of timber or any obvious humps in flooring. Vinyl to be installed as close as possible to edge, no skirting will be installed as majority of the walls are concrete so hard for fixing, unless an alternative trim can be supplied happy to discuss. Welcome to view or happy for you to provide a price based on measurements and if onsite measurement changes then happy for an adjustment To be completed as soon as possible, painting will be completed this coming week.

Sam did a great job, clean and well laid vinyl to edges of the floors, no bubbles or gaps, Highly recommend if you want a great quality job.
