There are two different types of timber flooring present: Wider planks are confirmed to be Kauri. Not sure about the narrower planks but also solid timber. Please quote to sand and apply varnish to achieve a colour that matches as closely as possible to the original Kauri timber flooring. A few small round holes in the flooring, that have already been plucked may require filling and finishing prior to varnishing. Note that the property is currently tenanted.
