Replacing the wood flooring on an outside first floor balconey

The flooring is rotting, and needs to be pulled up and replaced. Balconey is two sides of the house and is 1.6m deep, 8m on side, and 7.6m on the second side. The flooring is currently 135mm wide untreated hard wood. The coving on the front of the floor also needs replacing
