Rimu floor patching

We are in the process of remodeling our kitchen living room. We have removed the carpet and vinyl and would like to refurbish the existing rimu floors. There is a 1.3x1.7m area which is partical board, we would like to replace this with rimu boards to match general existing look. There are also a couple of old boards needing replacing and patching required where a plumbing pipe, an old wall, and a 350mm2 laundry Hatch were. Other jobs to be done, if intrested -sanding and varnishing floors the room is aprox 60m2 -LBP builder to install 3.2m beam and 1m wide lintel. -rebuild deck 1.5m high, 3mx5m wide, with covered roof. Glen did a great job with our floors. Over 5 days he rebuilt an area of the kitchen with recycled flooring, patched, sanded and sealed the kitchen living and corridor. They are looking better than I could ever imagined.
